Proud of our newly qualified umpires
During 2018/19 we’ve seen 5 of our players become C award umpires, they’ve worked incredibly hard to pass this award.

Wingrave Netball Club awarded North Bucks ‘Goalden Globe for Outstanding Netball Club’
We’re all feeling very proud and honoured here at Wingrave Netball Club to be awarded ‘North Bucks Golden Globe Award’ for ‘Outstanding Netball Club’ …. What a moment, thank you !!
Having started the village club 19 years ago with a handful of players (most still playing) we have grown in to a club which offers netball for everyone. Now having 4 teams playing the ADNL league, a thriving junior club, established back to netball and walking netball sessions, plus a satellite club link with Cottesloe school and also the infamous annual mixed netball tournament….think it goes to say ‘we love our netball’ !!

WINGRAVE JUNIORS FRIENDLY AGAINST TRING TORNADOES
Wingrave Juniors had their first friendly against Tring Tornadoes. What a fantastic performance by both clubs with great support by parents and families…..and the sun was shining!
Issy and I were really proud of our Wingrave girls. It was great to see many of the skills we’ve been working on in practise come to life in a match. What was really impressive, is that we didn’t need to remind them too much about what to do whilst the match was in progress, they were thinking and working it for themselves. A real understanding that they can now begin to problem solve situations on their own. We’re hoping to get a return match with Tring again in the Spring, in the meantime, here are some photos which were taken. Player of the match was awarded by Tring Tornadoes Coach, went to Georgia – well done.
